Marketing Committee

The Marketing Committee drives YEP’s public presence and ensures our mission, events, and impact are communicated with clarity and creativity. This team manages YEP’s branding, digital channels, and outreach strategy to engage current members, attract new professionals, and strengthen partnerships across the community.

What We Do

• Content and Branding: Create engaging copy, graphics, and visuals that represent YEP’s voice and brand.

• Social Media and Digital Strategy: Manage YEP’s online presence through website updates, email campaigns, and social media storytelling.

• Event Promotion: Design and execute marketing campaigns that boost attendance and visibility for YEP events and initiatives.

• Community Engagement: Showcase YEP’s role in shaping Erie’s professional and cultural landscape while building connections with members and community partners.

Who We’re Looking For

If you enjoy writing, design, photography, videography, or digital strategy, or if you want to sharpen your marketing skills while helping grow YEP, this committee is a great place to contribute.

When Do We Meet?
