While YEP hosts monthly meetings and regular member events throughout the year, we also organize and partner on several signature annual events. These key events highlight some of the biggest moments in our calendar, bringing together young professionals and the Erie community for connection, collaboration, and celebration.

2026
Congratulations to the Wranglers, a team of Erie Insurance coworkers, who completed the tournament with an undefeated record to claim the 2026 YEP Charity Kickball Tournament Championship.
Eight local teams competed throughout the day, raising awareness and support for Crime Victim Center of Erie. Together we raised $1,925.00 to support the CVC.
2025
The Spirit of Erie is the Erie Regional Chamber’s annual signature event, bringing together business leaders, civic champions, and community builders for an evening that celebrates the people and organizations shaping our region’s future. Every year one Young Erie Professional of the year is chosen by the Young Erie Professionals! Past Recipients Include:
