Growth & Success
The Growth and Success Committee promotes the personal and professional development of YEP members through education and experiences. This occurs through identifying opportunities in Erie county for young professionals to lead, helping to develop the pipeline of young talent coming from our local schools and universities, and working with the YEP program manager to identify meaningful educational experiences for our members. Their primary responsibility is to help YEP achieve its educational programmatic goals and establish a pipeline of young talent.
