William Postema is an experienced professional with a solid background in retail field operations, having spent four years honing his skills in roles such as Digital Team Lead and Food & Consumables Team Lead at Walmart. During his time at Walmart, William led teams of over 140 associates, driving significant revenue growth and operational excellence. In addition, he interned with Apple's Worldwide Sales team, where he contributed to improving customer experiences by developing end-to-end customer journey maps and analyzing data to optimize sales channels. Currently, William is excited to start his new role in Merchandise Operations at Walmart's Home Office. As Vice Chair of the Recreation and Wellness Committee for Young Erie Professionals (YEP), he looks forward to giving back to the Erie community and continuing to make a positive impact through his work with YEP.
